The Culture of Growth

Observe and think, validate and perform, argue when needed but the need never arises.. foster the culture of growth not the culture of indecency.. when someone approaches you be kind, not judgmental. Plus, you are not defined by anyone else, why to follow social norms when you are not the one deciding? Does it really matter what goes on around you when your internal struggle is real?
